2. Services

Cr8trix provides forensic strategic consulting, research, content, and related services. Service engagements are governed by separate agreements or statements of work entered into between Cr8trix and the client. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website and any digital products purchased through it.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Cr8trix unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without prior written permission.

Deliverables produced under a client engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement agreement.

4. Purchases and payments

Purchases made through Cr8trix Studio are processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. For refund requests, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

5. Research panel participation

Participation in the Cr8trix research panel is voluntary. By registering, you agree to be contacted for research studies relevant to your professional background. You may withdraw from the panel at any time by contacting us. Incentive payments are made in accordance with the terms communicated at the time of each study invitation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials when engaging with our services

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cr8trix does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. General information on this site does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cr8trix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
