About Cr8trix

Strategic clarity begins with a better reading of the evidence.

Cr8trix is an independent forensic strategic consulting practice. Founded by Tara — a multi-disciplinary strategist with over 30 years of practice across the full breadth of industry.

PERSPECTIVE / 01

The firm

Built for questions that resist easy answers.

The most important decisions rarely arrive with a clean brief. They arrive with incomplete information, competing narratives, and a need to move before every uncertainty has disappeared.

Cr8trix exists to make that complexity more legible. We bring forensic discipline to strategic work — examining what is known, what is assumed, and what needs to be true before a decision can hold.

The result is not more analysis for its own sake. It is a clearer route from evidence to action.

Our perspective

Rigour that remains useful in the room.

01

Evidence before assertion

We begin with what can be tested, traced, and understood — not the loudest narrative in the room.

02

Systems before symptoms

We look beyond isolated events to the relationships, incentives, and dependencies that shape outcomes.

03

Decisions before deliverables

Every engagement is designed to help people make a better next move, not simply receive a better-looking memo.

What guides the work

Clear thinking, responsibly applied.

Independent

A point of view grounded in the work, not a pre-set agenda.

Exacting

Careful with evidence, language, and the difference between fact and inference.

Human-aware

Attentive to the people, incentives, and trust that live inside every system.

Forward-moving

Focused on the decision ahead and the conditions needed to act with confidence.

Founded by Tara

Thirty years of pattern recognition across every major industry.

Tara is a forensic strategic consultant and multi-disciplinary practitioner with over three decades of hands-on work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. Not a theorist. Not a generalist. A practitioner who has been in the room — from boardroom brief to market delivery — across every major industry category.

Her career spans the full architecture of strategic work: first-principles problem deconstruction, decision design, AI deployment, innovation, content, and thought leadership. She has operated across financial services, technology, telecommunications, automotive, FMCG, beauty and cosmetics, pharmaceutical and health, media and entertainment, retail and e-commerce, logistics and freight, building and construction, energy and resources, sport, government, food manufacturing, real estate, and more — across local, regional APAC, and global mandates.

She has been brought in not just to plan, but to correct. Regional and global hub engagements where the mandate was to identify what was not working and fix it — at pace, with precision, without disrupting what was. That is a different kind of brief, and a different kind of capability.

What 30 years across 35+ industry verticals produces is not a longer CV. It is the ability to see structural patterns that specialists inside a system cannot — and to translate that clarity into decisions that hold under pressure.

Tara works directly with C-suite leaders and boards who need a sharper, more independent read of the situation before they commit. No account managers. No junior analysts. The person you brief is the person who does the work.

What changes when the thinking is right.

01

Telecommunications — Regional APAC

A global hub operation was underperforming against regional targets. Internal teams had been unable to identify the root cause. The MD APAC brought in an independent strategist to diagnose and correct.

Structural misalignment between local market execution and global mandate identified within weeks. A corrective framework was implemented across the region. Performance metrics recovered within two quarters.

02

Financial Services — Strategic Launch

A major financial services firm needed to enter a new market segment with no existing brand presence. The brief required both a market entry strategy and an execution framework that internal teams could own.

A full market entry strategy was delivered, including competitive positioning, channel architecture, and a phased launch plan. The product launched on schedule and achieved first-year targets.

03

FMCG — Multi-market Portfolio

A global FMCG portfolio was experiencing brand erosion across multiple APAC markets. Category dynamics had shifted but the strategic response had not. Leadership needed an independent read before committing to a repositioning investment.

A forensic category and brand audit identified the specific points of disconnection. A repositioning strategy was developed and validated before any significant spend was committed — protecting the investment and sharpening the brief.

Work with Tara

The person you brief is the person who does the work.

Cr8trix works with C-suite leaders, boards, and senior decision-makers who need a sharper, more independent read of the situation before they commit. If you are facing a decision that is too consequential to get wrong, too complex for internal consensus to resolve, or too important to hand to a team that has never seen it before — this is the conversation to have.
